It’s Fritzen Truffle Season @ Fritzenberger!

We love to celebrate good quality ingredients at Fritzenberger. What better way to welcome the Truffle season than with a brand new Truffle Burger and Parmesan and Truffle Loaded Frites!

 These fritzen fancy items are the latest creation by Executive Chef Matt Fosker. 'It’s the house-made white truffle aioli that makes these new items taste so good! They’re simple and classic in presentation but packed with so much flavour!” Matt says.

 With an onsite brewery, Fritzenberger can’t celebrate the release of the new burger without a new beer... or two! Head Brewer Matt Glanville, has created two special edition brews available on tap to complement the new truffle range. An Ironbark Belgian Strong Ale brewed with Australian native Ironbark for a unique spicy flavour and a Red Wine Export Stout. We recommend getting in early to try these new brews, once the keg is dry, you’ll miss out.

The new truffle range is available for dine-in only at Fritzenberger Petrie Terrace and Fritzenberger Wilston. Sorry uberEATS fans, you’ll need to come and see us to try these!  

So what's in the burger and on the frites? 

The Fritzen Truffle Burger includes Grass-fed beef, aged cheddar, panko-crumbed, swiss cheese-filled field mushroom, diced pickles and house-made white truffle aioli. The tastiness continues with the Truffle Loaded Frites, decadently topped with Grand Padano Parmesan Cheese and a house-made white truffle aioli.
