To All Our Fritzenberger Customers,

We would like to reach out and provide an update about how we are dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We aim to create a safe place for customers to visit by prioritised and maintained the highest levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. In addition to our existing food health procedures, we are also implementing the Retail Food Service COVID Safe plan.

This includes (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring all guests check in (for contact tracing purposes) prior to ordering

  • Restricting the number of customers at any one time (by adhering to 1 person per 4 metres squared.)

  • Providing contact-free options for payment and takeaway

  • Providing single-use options (such as sauces etc.)

  • Providing hand sanitiser for guest use

  • Sanitising and disinfecting all surfaces frequently (including point of sale, menus etc.)

  • All staff to complete a symptom and temperature check prior to starting work and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
